Well I made a toolbar for our forum and Club Penguin since it is cp fan art.
Features:
Club Penguin links like

It also comes with a search bar and it comes with email notification. All you do is tell it the email you want it to monitor and it will tell you whenever you have mail.
But one of the best things is that it comes with a messages feature through which I can send messages to everyone and you can message back.
It also comes with the weather in your area
so why not download.

Set this as a global annoucement, and put it on the welcome announcement at the top of the page. We want more people to download it.

I don't think there's a global announcement option. I believe it's only announcements.
